Race Label Red Cyclone
The Race Label Red Cyclone is used for labeling straight cylindrical bottles, containers and jars. This little gem is lightweight, portable, economical and easy to use. For companies with multiple product lines, the affordability factor makes having several of these machines very beneficial. Not only will this save time but will increase your business’s productivity and efficiency.
This machine is available in two different modes:
- In Mode 1, the RL-RRC is equipped with a crank handle for label applications that are streaming (connected to each other) from non-roll stock or even looping directly out of a printer. In other words, the labels are not on a roll.
- In Mode 2, the RL-RRC does not require the crank handle if the labels are on a roll. Most label applications will be set up in this mode because labels for businesses are generally wound onto a 3” core. This is the most commonly used mode for this machine.
The Race RL-RRC has an optional Lip Balm/Small Vial Attachment for very small containers, vials and lip balms that range from 1⁄2” up to 11⁄2” in diameter.

- Label orientation #3 or #4, right edge or left edge-leading
- Constructed from Kaiser® Aluminum (main frame); other materials include polypropylene, unbreakable ABS Plastic, phenolic, brass and stainless steel (every nut, bolt and roller shaft)
- Single label application – half-wrap, semi-wrap to full wrapping label
- Approximate speed – 10 to 15 bottles/containers per minute
- Anodized in red
- Optional crank handle is available for an additional cost (only for non-rock stock label applications)

Mode 1
This video shows the RACE Red Cyclone labeling round containers from non-roll stock labels using the hand crank. There is no rewinding necessary to apply the labels. It also works with roll stock in standard 3″ cores.

Mode 2
This video shows the RL-RRC (Race Label Red Cyclone) applying a full wrapping label to a 60ml glass boston round. For this application the bottle can be empty or full and can vary in height or width.
Mode 2
In this video, the RL-RRC (Race Label Red Cyclone) is shown applying a full wrapping/ overlapping label to a straight cylindrical PET jar. Full wrapping labels can be tricky but as you can see from the video- the RL-RRC can easily apply them with spot-on perfection.
Mode 2
Model RL-RRC Race Label Red Cyclone demonstrates how to apply a label to a bullet bottle. This machine can easily apply a single label on a variety of straight-cylindrical containers as you can see in the video.
Mode 2: Lip Balm Application
This video shows the RL-RRC with the Small vial and lip balm attachment applying labels to a lip balm.These unique labels are made from maple wood veneer and have a tamper evident strip located on the cap seam.

We also offer a 30-day warranty on the performance of the machine. If at the end of 30 days you are not satisfied with the machine or if we have misrepresented the machine’s capabilities in any way, you may return it for a full refund, providing it is returned in its original box and in original condition.
